Imagine not having to go to work. When you do what edifies you what you do won’t seem like work. Unfortunately however, depending on what statistic you choose, up to nearly 85% of people are disengaged in some capacity at their place of employment. This is a worldwide phenomenon. It’s not that people don’t like work per say, it’s that outside of the professional managerial class level and executive level, where depending on where you work you may be getting paid relatively well to do relatively nothing (put loosely), people aren’t inspired or feel fulfilled about or by their work. To make this dichotomy even more stark, on average only about 5-15% of employees are part of the PMC or executive level.
This goes even deeper because humans are workers by nature. To a certain degree it’s what were created to do. So not only are a plurality of people disengaged at work, but also the 5-15% of people who are actually incentivized to be engaged at work, may all be experiencing disintegration because the most prolific economic sector is services. Services make up 77% of the United States GDP and 60%-63% and growing of GDP worldwide among the 50 largest countries.
The issue with most people doing a service and a small number of people doing nothing, and why this leads to mass disintegration for individuals, is because intrinsically and inherently you are to be able to create a thing. As a human you should be and are supposed to be able to transform materials. Jesus was a carpenter. Adam was a farmer. Yes they both had white color jobs in terms of Jesus preaching, and Adam naming animals, but at the end of the day if necessary they could do something objectively contributory with their hands. The same is supposed to be the case for you.

Lacking a hard skill leads to disintegration, or lack of unification within your self-concept (how you see yourself versus who you actually are), because who you are supposed to be is someone who can make objective contributions to the world. But what you may actually be especially as someone part of the services industry is someone who is relatively incapable of survival. If you can’t do something with your hands what happens when the empire you’re part of inevitably falls? Hard skills equate to a certain level of self-sustainability and self-determination. If you know how to do something then you can do something for yourself.
When you know how to do something for yourself you will be inherently less inclined to be concerned about what someone else is doing for themselves. When your less worried about other people you’re an objectively happier person. When you’re more worried about other people in addition to being unserious about your life you may also be insecure. When you’re insecure you may make your insecurity other people’s problem. This can look like toxic and or maladaptive behaviors, participating in determinatively unnecessary sub-group politics, contributing toward corruption, and or for lack of a better phrase being a loser.
Now, there are some people who are okay with this outcome. Some people get paid very well to be this type of person. Some people have become accustomed to behaving in this way and consciously don’t want to improve themselves or make a change. If this is you understand that you have plateaued. There is no more quality of life to be had for someone like this. If you are happy, satisfied, or content with an unhealthy self-actualization then you have peaked in your life. This kind of personality and behavior is for all intense and purposes un or anti-human.

You are objectively one or more standard deviations less human when you behave in an unhealthy self-actualized way both anecdotally and literally. The only reason misery loves company is because miserable people tend to be alone. No one want’s to actively choose to be around or socialize with people who are anti-social bad people. Unhealthy self-actualized people may tend to care about job titles, or their position in society, because that is where they derive their power and sense of belonging from. The issue is humans are social beings by nature and you shouldn’t need an apparatus of any kind to create socialization for you, that’s anti-human.
Society is supposed to create an environment where healthy self-actualization is encouraged. If that was the case however, those employment statistics would be different. More people would be engaged at work, and more [qualified] people would be part of the PMC and executive level. Ultimately however, work isn’t the problem. The problem is you not knowing who you are, why you are, and for what. What will always be more important than what you do is who you are.
Yes you are made to do something, but also that something was made to be done by you. This is where the disintegration is. On top of you not knowing the who, what, when, where, why, and how of your psyche, you are also allowing what you do to inform who you are instead of the other way around; and this is a contradictory activity or behavior period, but especially when what you do isn’t conducive to who you are.

When you are not integrated, not doing something that makes you feel alive, inspired, and encouraged, and are not experiencing your fullest potential on the aggregate if not every day of your life, you are participating in a negative feedback loop. And aside from banknotes the only thing you get for perpetuating that cycle is assured destitution. And that’s Moloch’s will for your life. The devil and Moloch want you to work yourself to death doing things objectively unfulfilling and unsatisfying.
They want you to engage in mental gymnastics to try to rationalize your actions and behaviors just for you to inevitably die and to do so with nothing. Aside from Jesus’ second coming everyone dies. You will die one day. In fact technically every day we are more dead than the day before because of aging. Your enemy wants you to die without having anything to show for your life. He wants you to think that your maladaptive behaviors are the right way to live. And if he can’t gaslight you into believing that he’ll convince you that you’re too far gone and there is no other option for you.
Self-actualization is pro-human. Self-actualization is human. Self-actualization is pro-you. Healthy self-actualization is you if you want it to be.
